The Little Mermaid costume is made by using stretch fabric for the skirt. There is Lime Green and Aqua blue stretch sequence material used for both the top and bottom fin.
The top has velcro closer in the back. The bottom fin has a ruffle underneath to give it some volume.
The costume comes with matching headpiece made with matching material and a string of pink pearls.
